Multiple Sclerosis Foundation

The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (MSF) provides a comprehensive approach to helping people with MS maintain their health and well-being. We offer programming and support to keep them self-sufficient and their homes safe, while our educational programs heighten public awareness and promote understanding about the disease.

Their resources assist people who have MS, their families and caregivers, regional support groups, and healthcare professionals. Access to our programs and services is available through our interactive web site or our national, toll-free helpline staffed by caring caseworkers and peer counselors. Our priority is to serve with empathy, resourcefulness and responsibility.

All MSF services, as well as information, literature and subscriptions to our publications are provided free of charge. The MSF neither sells memberships nor requires participation in fund-raising activities by individuals or support groups.

The MSF is a service-based, non-profit organization. With national headquarters in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the MSF serves the nation from one central location. By eliminating the need for branch offices, we are able to maintain a more cost-effective and efficient operation while maintaining the highest quality service. Networking with independent, grassroots organizations gives us a local presence in communities around the nation.

Forgotten Soldiers Outreach

Since 2003, Forgotten Soldiers Outreach (FSO) is committed to sending monthly “We Care” packages to our United States servicemen and servicewomen serving overseas. Their mission is to simply send that “little bit of home” to our active duty military personnel for as long as they are deployed to assure them that they are not forgotten. The main objective of FSO is to boost the morale of our Armed Forces while serving our country. To date, FSO has benefitted over 250,000 of our military personnel serving overseas, covering ALL world theaters.

Their goal is to continually encourage the men and women who are abroad fighting for our great nation. Our hope is to inspire hope, strength and courage while they are separated from loved ones and family members.
